Dear Mr. Keppler:

I spoke with Chuck Norelius today and he informed that the NRC staff will be meeting with Commonwealth Edison Company and Government Accountability Project at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 11, 1982.

The prupose of the meeting will be to discuss selection of a third party to investigate the HVAC allegations at La Salle.

I informed Mr. Norelius that this office wished to participate fully in that meeting, including offering comments and suggestions.

By this letter I am informing you and the other interestedHe told me he had n parties that we will attend the meeting on August 11, 1982.
