Pursuant to the commitment made by Florida Power Corporation in the letter dated August 14,1981 (Baynard to Denton), attached cre five (5) copies of the revised (Revision #3) Safeguards Contingency Plan for your approval.

This Revision addresses guerd strike contingencies.

This revised Safeguards Contingency Plan is being sthmitted in accordance witn

. 10 CFR 50.34(b)(8)(d),10 CFR 73.55, and Appendix C to 10 CFR 73.

The Safeguards - Contingency Plan for Crystal River Unit 3 is a PROPRIETARY document, and we request that, pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(d), it be withheld from I

public disclosure.

In this regard, each page has been stamped or marked accordingly.
