Dear Mr. Stewart :
We have reviewed the Contingency Plan for Crystal River, Unit No. 3 and have determined that the additional information identified in the enclosure is necessary to continue our review.
Please provide this information within 45 days from the date of this letter. The enclosure is being withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(d).
In addition we have reviewed the compensatory measures identified in your letter of February 23, 1979, implemented to meet 10 CFR 73.55 requirements.
We agree that these measures do not decrease the effectiveness of the Modified Amended Security Plan (MASP).
Please notify the Region II Office of Inspection and Enforcement when the MASP is fully implemented and these compensatory measures are discontinued.
