-7590-01' DOCKETS NOS. 50-317 AND 50-318 BALTIMORE GAS & ELECTRIC COMPANY NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENTS TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSES The U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission (the Commission) has issued Amend-ments Nos.45 'and 20 to Facility Operating Licenses Nos. DPR-53 and DPR-69, issued to Baltimore Gas & Electric Company (the licensee), which revised the licenses for operation of the Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant, Units Nos.1 and 2 (the facility), located in Calvert County, Maryland. The amendments are effective as, of the _date of issuance and are to be fully implemented within 30 days of Commission
. approval in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFP. 73.40(b).
The amendments add license conditions to include the Comission-approved Safeguards Contingency Plan as part of the ' licenses.
i The licensee's filings comply with the standards and requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Comission's rules and regulations.
The Comission has made appropriate findings as required by the Act and the Com-missiori's rules and regulations in 10 CFR Chapter I, which are set forth in the license _ amendments. Prior public notice of these amendments was not required since the amendments do not involve a significant hazards consideration.
The Comission has determined that the issuance of these amendments will not
, result in any significant environmental impact and that pursuant to 10 CFR 551.5(d)(4) an environmental impact statement.or-negative declaration and environmental,. impact appraisal. need not be prepared in connection with issuance of the amendments.
The licensee's filings dated March 19, 1979, revised March 20, 1980 are being withheld from public ~ disclosure pursuant to 10_CFR 2.790(d). The withheld infor-mation ;is subject to disclosure in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 89.12.
