Dear Mr. Reid:

In your letter dated January 30, 1981, you requested within 30 days, additional information to complete your review of the Crystal River Unit No. 3 Safeguards Contingency Plan. This information will be provided by April 15,1981.

The delay is based on the full-time involvement of the Crystal River Unit 3 Security Officer witn the vulnerability assessment team during the last two weeks of February 1981.
