Dear Mr. Stoltz:

In response to your letter dated January 30, 1981, (Reid to Hancock) and Florida Power Corporation's subsequent letter dated February 24, 1981, (Baynard to Reid), we have enclosed five (5) copies of Revision 2 of the Safeguards Contingency Plan for Crystal River Unit 3.

Revision 2 of the Safeguards Contingency Plan for Crystal River Unit 3 incorporates the additional information requested in your January 30, 1981, letter.

Please insert the five (5) copies into your five (5) binders and dispose of the obsolete revision.

Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(d),
