RE: CR-3 BLACK 0UT EVENTS, GENERIC LETTER NO. 81-04 We have reviewed your response of May 29, 1981 to Generic Letter 81-04 regarding emergency procedures and training for station blackout events.
Your responsd did not address operator _ training. Operator training, including use of a sinulator, for the station blackout event is essential, especially when a number of procedures.are used to guide operator action as is the case at CR-3.
Please describe your planned or existing training program regarding station blackout including your schedule for implenenta-tion. As we requested in Generic letter 81-04, this training progran should be implemented by about September 1981.
Please provide your response within 30. days of receipt of this letter.
