, pg LER 81-041/03L-0 Cause Description and Corrective Actions shutdown circuits which resulted in a lov lube oil trip being " locked in".

These alarms were not evident in th: Main Control Room due to faulty alaru circuitry which was being repaired at the time.

Procedures have been revised in order to prevent recurrence of this event. The low lube oil pressure alarm was reset and diesel generator 1C was returned to service at approximately 0001 on 6/6/81. The Main Control Room alarms have been repaired.
