ITTTI I On Mav 18, 1981, a safety-related mechanical snubber was discovered inoperable r l

ITTT1 I durinc a visual inspection. The snubber was located on the Unit 3 LP Condensate f IT T-'I I T in o. The inoperable snubber was repinced with a new one well within the time  !

I i t i # I wa s found to be sliehtly scored, thus prohibiting the. ball bearings from rolling ,

m lq-nothly. The snubber was replaced with a new one from supply. The inoperable g m I snubber will be sent to Pacific Scientific for analysis. Procedures will be  ;
