ITTTI I On Mav 18, 1981, a safety-related mechanical snubber was discovered inoperable r

The snubber was located on the Unit 3 LP Condensate f IT T-'I I T in o.

The inoperable snubber was repinced with a new one well within the time I o e s i i no-i t ted bv the Oconee Technical specifications.

All other snubbers and j

The snubber was replaced with a new one from supply.

The inoperable g m I snubber will be sent to Pacific Scientific for analysis.

Procedures will be iitai i roviced.
