Since 3CS-5, the redundant ieolati'on valve, was already inoperable, the failure of 3CS-6 resulted in loss g,

J 2 L *, that valves 3CF-22 and 3CF-23 were leaking past the seat and valve 3CS-124 I

was " gagged" closed.

For the 5-7-81 event, 3CS-5 was repaired and 3CS-6 ver-ified operable. Modifications were performed for the 5-19-81 event.
