Dear Mr. Dunn:
Our letter to all operating pressurized water reactors dated June 11, 1980, requested that you propose Technical Specifications (TS) changes for your facility to provide for redundancy in decay heat removal capability for your plant in all modes of operation. That letter requested response with-in 120 days and we have not yet received your submittal.
Discussions between your staff and the NRR Project Menager for your facility have clarified the purpose of the revised TS and should prevent any further delays.
It is requested that you submit your proposed TS changes within 30 days of receipt of this letter.
