Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit No. 1 Docket No. 50-334, License No. DPR-66 Response to NRC letter Dated August 15, 1980 Gentlemen:
A review of our Technical Specifications has been completed and we are now in the process of making the necessary revisions. These revisions will be submitte.d in October, 1980 in response to Mr. Eisenhut's letter.
Since the plant is not now or soon to be in the refueling Ibde 6, the Technical Specification changes are not immediately necessary. We have reviewed our procedures and find that there is at least of 23 feet of water over the top of the reactor vessel flange during movement of fuel assemblies or control rods, therefore, no revisions to the procedures are necessary.
