The valve is an Anchor Darling 4" 3008 I f Tn tirawing number 1655-3 globe valve. The seat was replaced and tack welded to prevent i LLJ._ ] frecurrence . The vendor was not aware this valve was intended to be throttled. A mod-l i 4 lified valve has been ordered and will be installed in place of the existing valve. l 8 3 80 STA '.
