CLARIFICATION OF SECTION 170.11(A)(5),10 CFR 170 l
l Section 170.11 (a)(5) of 10 CFR 170 states that no fees will be i
charged for "A construction pemit or license applied for by, or issued to a Government agency....."
In the context of this paragraph, certificates of compliance and other approvals are considered to be licenses and therefore are fee exempt if issued to Government agencies.
