Thank you for your letter of October 27, 1977 in response to our letter
and Notice of Violation dated September 12, 1977.
We do not find that your response to the infraction addresses the actions
you have taken to prevent recurrence.
It is our understanding, based on
the telephone conversation between Mr. D. H. Williams and Mr. T. F.
O
Westerman of this office, on November 28, 1977, that you will provide a
supplemental response addressing this issue.

We have no further questions at this time concerning your corractive
action for the apparent deviation. We will review this corrective action
during a future inspection.
