TASK VII Survey, evaluate as needsd, and recommend procurement specifica-a.
tions for the following:
(1)
VHF repeater antenna; (2)
VHF radios, including batteries; and (3) packaging radios and auxiliary equipment.

Define requirements, prepare rationale, survey, and recommend procurement specifications for-Incident Response Center coc= uni-cations equipnent.
Prepare those portions of the Telecommunications Plan which c.
incorporate the results of a and b, above.
2.
TASK VIII Utilizing the results of Tasks II and III of the ba, sic contract and the results of Tasks IV, V, and VI of Modification 3 to the basic contract, develop at least four (4) sets of' exercise plans, scripts, and procedures to exercise the NRC incident response capabilities at approximately three-to four-week intervals.
