Subsequent investication reveal ed l ITTTl that 1-Ptr-123A (#11 A RCP AP transmitter) sensing line had a through-the i O e Iwall leak (T.S. 6.9.1.9.d). The line was isolated by shutting the root valve. 1 ITTTl l The transmitter was not required to be in service when the leak was discovered. I O s l This is not a repetitive occurrence. I

The worn section was cut out of the line and replaced with a new i g section of pipe using swagelock fittings. During the next cold shutdown the I g pipe location will be evaluated and modified to prevent recurrence. I i 4 l 1
