We have received a copy of your application dated July 2,1979, which you filed with the Office of :uclear Reactor Rogulation (ONRR) for review and i
approval. The application preposed amendments to Sections 3 and 4 of the Environmental Technical Specifications of Facility Licenses DPR-21 and DPR-65 for iiillstone Unit Nos.1 and 2.
The application was accompanied by a check totalling $1,600 for a Class II and a Class I amendment pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22 because you viewed the changes as being administrative in nature.
Based on guidance frcm the ONRR staff as a result of their preliminary review of your application, it has been determined that the applicaticn requires a combination af Classes III and I amendment fees because it involves considera-tion of an environmental issue (monitoring requirements) rather than it being solely administrative in nature.
Therefore, it is requested that an additional
$2,800 be forwarded to this office.
If final review of your application by the ONRR staff reveals that this fee determination is incorrect, you will be refunded any overpayment or billed for any additional amount due.
