Inspected remote shutdown panels.

Comple ted review of items B-1, B-2, B-3, B-4, B-5, C-3, C-4, C-5, C-6, C-7, and C-8 of TI 2595/2.

System alignment verified for accessible ccmponents on Emergency Feedvater System (Units 1, 2, 3), low pressure 4njection (Units 2, 3), Rx Building Spray (Units 2, 3), Core Flood (Units 2, 3), High Pressure Injection (Unit 3).

This effort should be completed by end of day shif t 4/12 -

resanining systems include Rx Building Penetration Room Ventilation System, Low Pressure Service Water, and verification of power supplied f or containment isolation valves.

Report on items D-1, D-2, D-4 of TI 2595/2 transmitted to Region II office.

Reviewed additional changes made to loss of coolant emergency procedure.

Inspector disagreed with changes and licensee corrected procedure to satisfy inspector's ccanents.
