Control room surveillance and discussions with licensee. Monitored licensee training.
Item III.B of TI 2595/02 is comolete with the exception of licensed operators in Lynchburg. Completed Items III.C.1 and 2 with exception of P&ID verifi-cation for reactor building.

STATUS OF INSPECTOR DISCUSSIONS WITh PLANT PERSONNEL-All personnel have been briefed except two licensed operators presently at Lynchburg.

DESCRIPTION OF GENERAL PLANT STATUS (i.e., operating power :evel, planned changes, scheduled outages, ESF out of service, maj maintenance, reportable occurences, etc.)
100% Power.
Next scheduled outage is in May 1979.
No ESF S. Items out of service.
No major maintenance.
No planned changes in pe 3r operating level.

III.C.1 and 2 - Complete except for verification of P&IO for containment isolation.
