Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 2 Licensing Fees In Reference (1), the NRC Staff advised Northeast Nuclear Energy Company (NNECO) of the determination of fee classification of References (2), (3), and (4) .

Specifically, the Staf f considers References (2), (3), and (4) to be the first submittals for the stretch power / core reload amendment and that the appropriate classification is Class V.

In response to Reference (1), enclosed is payment in the amount of $25,800.

Please be advised that additional correspondence will be docketed on the subject of stretch power / core reload and will reference this letter regarding 10CFR170.
