During normal operat ic., and during the conduct of Operations Surveillance Test F-ST-76L t i tl ed "E lect ri c Fi re Barrier Penet rat ion Seal Visual Inspection' to~ satisfy the requi rements of Technical Speci fica tions Appendi x A, Paragraph 4.12.F., personnel noted six (6) penetrations whic.h had not been sealed during cons t r.tct ion of the plan t.

The personnel performine ine inspection immediately scaled the penetrations and performed the function of the fi re wa* ch which is requi red by paragraph 3.12.F.

The re fo re, the event did not represent any signi ficant hazard to the public heal th and safety.

Scaling of the penetrations with an approved three-hour rated miterial was completed on the same day.
