'fhe failure to start was caused by the silencer bvoass solenoid stoncine in the mid I o

ij position due to insufficient air supply. Until the design of this system can be re-I l viewed and modified, the silencer bypass valve was opened and the air supolv to the l solenoid valve was canned on both diesel engines. The acolicable -odel nn-hers are-1 fngine (Cooper Bessemer KSV-16-T); Valve (ASCO 8344A72).
