Immediately following the iricident secondary containment was proven by performing plant procedure HNP-1-3663 to comply with Tech Spec 3.7.C.2.

Cause Description and Corrective Actions (cont) to carry the full force of the pressure differential between the Reactor Building and the air lock interior.

(2) Possible installation of consnunications inside the ventilation room.

Pr#sently none is installed.

(3) The possible installation of some type of automatic door closer.

Prcsently none is installed. This review will be conducted for all air locks of this type on bo'S units and a follow-up report with our findings will be submitted.
