At approximately 12:30 p.m. August 30, 1979 the nur. lear steem supply syst.em vendor and the architert-enginoer informed the staf f at the Fit 7 Patrick Plant tha t they cuncurred that the prosent routing of the high pressure coolant injection system steam isolation valve control cabic and the thermocouple temperature detector cabling for the high pressure contant injection system was such that sufficient cable separation did not axist betwaan these cables and the control cablas of the aistomatic depressuri7ation c.y s tem. This was discovered during the review of cable separation for the . lamas A.

l'itzpatrick fire hazards analysis sturly. Although not clearly a design requirement for the FitzPatrick Plant during the design phase, the prasent study indicates the separation sceween these cables should be increased. We are therefore presently re-routic y these rabies to locations approved by the architect-er,gineer prior to startup of the FitzPatrick
