Tt approxir,ately 12:30 p.m. August 30, 1979 the nuclear steam supply system vendor and the architect-engineer informed the staf f at the FitzPatrick Plant that they concurred that the present routing of the high pressure coolant injection system steam isolation valve control cable and the themocouple temperature detector cabling for the high
.wssure conlant injection system was such that sufficient cable separation divi not
.:xist between these cables and the contrni cables of the automatic depressurization
-ystem.
This was discovered during the review nf cable separation for the Jarnes A.
Fitz atrick fire hazards analysis study.
Although not cicarly a design requirement for n
r.he FitzPatrick Plant during the des'gn phase, the present study indicates the separation acNeen these cables should be increased, k'e are therefore presently re-routing these cables to locations approved by the architect-engineer prior to startup of the FitzPatrick
