Reference 2 notified Louisiana Energy Services (LES), dba URENCO USA (UUSA) that additional technical information was needed in order for the NRC to review Reference 1.
UUSA herein provides the responses to the questions contained in Reference 2.
Representatives of the NRC and DOE conducted a clarification visit on July 12, 2019. During the visit, an agreement was reached on the responses needed to Reference 2. The enclosed responses reflect the results of that agreement. contains Security-Related Information and disclosure to the public could present security vulnerability. Accordingly, UUSA requests that it be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1). The Enclosure 2 affidavit supports this withholding request.
