Human Error in Nuclear Power Plants In response to your request of February 16, M. L. Winton of our staff searched the NSIC co=puter file for references on human errors in nuclear power plants.
The search was structured as follows :

The first and third searches were date limited so that only references added to our file since Januarv 1975 were retrieved. Actually, there are over 1400 references in our file containing the keyword FAILURE, OPERATOR ERROR; and over 1500 references in our file con-taining the keyword FAILURE, ADMINISTRATIVE CONTROL. Of course, we will be happy to retrieve as many of these as you may wish.
