The M0 2-1001-23B valve is located on one of two redundant dry-l [oTs-l l well cooling spray loops; subsequently, drywell spray capability was not jeopardized l

o e las a result of this occurrence.

In-line MO 2-1001-26B valve was o'perable, as were the l 0,7 l drywell spray valves in the A loop. All other active components of containmen t l

l cooling were operable.

o l The cause of this occurrence was due to a broken bolt in the valve motor ooerator.

l The broken bolt caused the motor stator to be out of alignment, and rub acainst the

_j rotor.

Excessive motor current caused the breaker to trip Corrective action was l

l to replace all four bolts on the motor operator and successfully retest the valve for l

, ; operability.
