By letter dated July 27, 2018, Southern Nuclear Operating Company (SNC) submitted a license amendment request (LAR) for the Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant Unit 1 and Unit 2 facility operating license (FOL) and technical specifications (TS). By letter dated May 3, 2019, SNC responded to Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) requests for additional information (RAis). This RAI response included some modifications to the proposed FOL and TS markups from those provided in the LAR. The purpose of this letter is to inform the NRC that the RAI response letter (including the revised markups and supplemental request) does not alter the conclusions of either the No Significant Hazards Consideration response nor the Environmental Considerations response provided in the LAR.
