H&S RECOMMENDATIONS

16. REMARKS Rain today has delayed the ability to survey the floors; floor surveys cannot occur until floors are dry.

Call to discuss plan for items found in East Haven residence. Meeting between stakeholders was held and will again be discussed in bi-weekly call on 4/5.

A fuel smell was detected in the drum room of Bldg 6H. AIG stopped work and Brightfields investigated.

No liquids were encountered and no elevated readings were detected;the smell was determined to be a result of residual venting from drums that have not been moved in years. As a precaution, AIG will add organic vapor protection to the cartridge stack in their respirators when working around the drums.

17. VERIFICATION STATEMENT This report is complete and correct and all materials and equipment used and work performed during this reporting period are in compliance with the contract plans and specifications except as noted above.
