NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION INSPECTION OF NUSCALE POWER LLC., DESIGN AIRCRAFT IMPACT ASSESSMENT Mr. Bergman, This letter documents the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staffs plan to perform an inspection of the NuScale Power LLC., (NuScale) Aircraft Impact Assessment. As confirmed in an email on March 19, 2019, the inspection will take place at the NuScale corporate office in Corvallis, Oregon from May 6-10, 2019. Subsequent to the inspection, an inspection report will be issued and transmitted to you by letter. The lead inspector for this effort, Greg Galletti, may be contacted at greg.galletti@nrc.gov.
