Dear Mr. Saverot:
Holtec has recently submitted Revision 17 ofthe HI-STAR 100 SAR [1] in support of HI-STAR 100 CoC 9261 Amendment 10 [4]. However, Holtec has identified that in order to fully support the implementation of the proposed changes, a modification to the SAR may be required. In order to avoid an additional amendment for this modification, we request that the currently pending Revision 10 of the CoC be placed on hold until the modification is fully evaluated, documented and submitted. We don't expect this to take long and will inform you as soon as the firm submittal date is established.
