Request for Renewal of 10 CFR 71 Certificate of Compliance 9261 Docket Number 71-9261
Dear Ms. Helton:
In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 71.38(b) Holtec International hereby requests renewal of 10 CFR 71 Certificate of Compliance (CoC) Number 9261 for the HI-STAR 100 transportation package. The current expiration date for CoC 9261, Revision 12 is April 30, 2024.
Because the HI-STAR SAR, Revision 20 is an updated, consolidated document, containing all information germane to the latest revision of the CoC, a consolidated application is not required for this renewal request pursuant to 10 CFR 71.38(c).
