Request for new NRC Docket for Model No. HI-STAR 100MB Package "Pre-Application Meeting for the Model No. HI-STAR 100 package" January 23, 2018.
Dear Mr. Saverot,
Holtec is pleased to inform you that we have completed the design of the HI-STAR 1OOMB package, and will make a license application to the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission (USNRC) under the provisions of 10 CFR 71 by end of February 2018.
During the pre-submittal meeting [1], Holtec informed NRC that the HI-STAR 100MB system would be added to the HI -STAR 100 docket (71-9261 ). Holtec hereby request that NRC open a new docket for the HI-STAR 1OOMB.
