trip breakers would not tri on undervolta e

UV as ex ected.

The tri s

breakers have redundant UV and shunt tri devices.

One device would not trip and two others tripped sluggishly.

The ability of the reactor to trip either manually or upon RPS signal was not compromised as evidenced by an unrelated plant trip which occurred durin this investi ation. This is being reported per tech s ec 6.9. 1.8.i. This is 1st LER of this t e.
