The exchange of power supplies from the new type to the modified older units (see LER 80-49) was in progress when CEA 33 dropped.

During this exchange it was noticed that the power supply units were not mounted strictly in accordance with the power supply vendor's technical manual.

The existing mounting blocked some of the ventilation holes in the power supply unit thereby reducing the cooling to the unit.

Mounting of the power supplies is being modified in accordance with the vendor's technical manual using standoffs to uncover the ventilation holes, and provide more cooling.
