Dear Sir or Madam:

Pursuant to Title10 Code of Federal Regulations 50.55a(g)(6)(i), Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. requested relief from the requirements of the ASME, Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code,Section XI pertaining to volumetric examinations at Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station in the referenced letter. Subsequent review of the letter determined that Table 2-1 of Attachment 6 to the letter did not contain the results of the examination for Component ID RPV-N6A-NV, Core Spray Nozzle-to-Vessel Weld.

The purpose of this supplement is to provide the RPV-N6A-NV, Core Spray Nozzle-to-Vessel Weld examination results. The results are as follows:

No relevant indications were recorded.
