SUCH THAT A RCP TRIP DOES NOT OCCUR. THE 10 CYCLE LIMIT IS FOR PUMP MOTOR PROTECTION.

8. THIS FUNCTION IS USED TO BYPASS THE REDUCED TEMPERATURE RETURN TO POWER TYPICAL TURBINE RUNBACK CONTROL CIRCUITRY TO ALLOW TURBINE TESTING AND/OR TO DEFEAT THE C-16 ANNUNCIATOR SUCH AS WOULD BE REQUIRED DURING A PLANT COOLDOWN. THIS FUNCTION VIA LOAD REFERENCE IS NOT USED AT CALLAWAY.
