NYSE RDA is submitting the Radiological Survey and Dose Assessment Report For the Western New York Nuclear Service Center and Off-Site Areas In Follow Up to Aerial Gamma Radiation Survey Conducted in 2014, Rev.

1, dated November 18, 2016 (on the enclosed CD) and a hard copy. The three boxes that we are submitting include only those appendices that have been revised from the previous submittal: Appendix D {land use surveys redacted); Appendix F {GEL Analytical Report Matrix); Appendix G (Certificates of Analysis, Data Validation Reports, and SDGs); and Appendix H (RES RAD Dose models). The references and the majority of the appendices were not revised and thus are not being submitted at this time.
