CHANGE IN NRC STAFF PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR THE WEST VALLEY DEMONSTRATION PROJECT
Dear Mr. Bembia:
This letter provides notification of a change to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC)
Project Manager assigned to the Western New York Nuclear Service Center (WNYNSC) for License No. CSF-1 and the West Valley Demonstration Project (WVDP). Effective October 1, 2020, project management responsibilities for the WNYNSC under Docket No. 50-201 and the WVDP under Project No. POOM-032 are assigned to Marlayna Doell in the Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards. Ms. Doell can be contacted by telephone at 301-415-3178 or by e-mail at Marlayna.Doell@nrc.gov.
Please continue to direct official correspondence for License No. CSF-1 to the NRCs Document Control Desk via hard copy or electronically, with a copy to Ms. Doell. In addition, please copy Ms. Doell, electronically or via hard copy, on any other official correspondence for the WVDP.
Please note that Ms. Doell works off site and her business hours are in the mountain time zone.
Therefore, if you need to send official hard copy correspondence, please send a copy to the alternative address that she will provide to you under separate communiqué.
Ms. Doell will be coordinating a site visit to meet your staff and tour the site, the timing of which will be dependent on mission essential needs because of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) public health emergency protocols, as well as your schedule.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records component of NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html.
