Dear Sir or Madam:

In review of Reference 1, it was identified that certain 50.59 Evaluations were not included in the Reference 1, Attachment 1, 10CFR50.59 Summary Report. In response, Entergy Operations, Inc. (Entergy) is submitting a supplement to Reference 1, Attachment 1. The Attachment to this letter, Supplemental 10CFR50.59 Summary Report, will replace Attachment 1, 10CFR50.59 Summary Report, of Reference 1.

Pursuant to 10CFR50.59(d)(2), Entergy Operations, Inc. hereby submits a supplemental summary of 50.59 Evaluations for the period of July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2014 in this letter. The Attachment to this letter contains the Supplemental 10CFR50.59 Summary Report.
