Reference 1 provided Luminant Generation Company LLC's (Luminant Power) Phase 2 Staffing Assessment regarding Recommendation 9.3. As a result of communications between the NRC Staff (Stephen Monarque) and Luminant Power (Carl Corbin), the Phase 2 Staffing Assessment (Attached) has been updated to address a request for additional information regarding the FLEX analysis summary and security considerations. The changes in Sections 6 and 8 are identified by a change bar in the right margin.

There are no new regulatory commitments in this letter.
