Annual Report Corrections Mr. Balazik:

The purpose of this letter is to inform the Commission of an error in the OSTR 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 annual reports. Specifically, in each annual report Table V.12 provides information on the annual average measured concentration of radioactivity for environmental samples. In all of these reporting years no radioactivity above the lower limit of detection (LLD) was found for water samples. However, the reported LLDs included 3H when they should not have. This was casued by a clerical error (i.e., pulling the wrong LLD value off the counting reports). The LLD values reported in Table V.12 for the last five years and the corrected (true) values are provided in Table 1 below. Regardless, the counting results for all water samples were all below the corrected (true) LLD for the applicable year. I apologize for any confusion.
