The 1C SI Accumulator has been declared inoperable, and the LCOAR was entered 5 minutes ago.

The US has directed you to raise the 1C accumulator level to >38% but within the Technical Specification limit. EOs have been briefed and are standing by as needed at the 1A SI pump.

Inform the US when 1C accumulator level has been restored.
