Supplement to Fitness for Duty Performance Data Reports - Annual 2013

Reference:

Letter from D. M Gullatt (Exelon Generation Company, LLC) to U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, "Fitness for Duty Performance Data Reports -

Annual 2013," dated February 27, 2014 In accordance with 10 CFR 26.717(e), "Fitness-for-duty program performance data," and 10 CFR 26.203, "General provisions," paragraph (e), "Reporting," Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC) provided the compiled fitness-for-duty program performance data for the EGC nuclear power stations and the corporate support employees within the scope of the rule for the twelve-month period ending December 31, 2013, in the referenced letter. In addition, the fatigue performance data had been submitted separately via a general submission in the Electronic Information Exchange (EIE).

In discussions with EGC on April 14, 2014, members of your staff identified discrepancies between the drug and alcohol performance data submitted in the referenced letter and the subsequent transmitted performance data that had been converted into the electronic reporting forms for the EIE General Submission Portal (FFD Program Performance Data Reporting System Annual Reporting-Form for Drug and Alcohol Tests, Single Positive Test Form).

EGC has reviewed and corrected the minor deficiencies and completed resubmittal of the annual 2013 drug and alcohol performance data via the EIE General Submission Portal on May 1, 2014. The electronic reporting forms submitted in May 2014 supersede the drug and alcohol performance data submitted in the referenced letter. Note that the annual fatigue performance data submitted via the EIE General Submission Portal on February 27, 2014, is unaffected by this supplemental submittal.

There are no regulatory commitments contained in this letter. Should you have any questions, please contact Frank J. Mascitelli at (610) 765-5512.

Respectfully, David M. Gullatt Manager - Licensing Exelon Generation Company, LLC
