OFFSITE DOSE CALCULATION MANUAL Re:
San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Unit No. 1 Southern California Edison Company's letter dated December 12, 1983, submitted the San Onofre Unit No. 1 Offsite Dose Calculation Manual (ODCM). Our letter dated April 18, 1984, requested submission of corrected pages to the Unit No. 1 ODCM to support the NRC staff's review of the Radiological Effluent Technical Specifications (RETS).
These corrected pages were submitted on August 1, 1984, and October 15, 1984, as Revision 1 and Revision 2, respectively, of the ODCM.
Revision 1 was approved by the staff on October 2, 1984.
The staff has now reviewed the ODCM as modified through Revision 2 dated September 20, 1984, and approves its use as referenced in San Onofre Unit No. 1 Technical Specification 6.17. A copy of our Safety Evaluation is enclosed.
