Docket No. 50-206 Amendment Application No. 122 San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 Enclosed are three executed and forty conformed copies of Amendment Application No. 122 to Provisional Operating License No. DPR-13. Amendment Application No. 122 consists of Proposed Change No. 119 which revises the Technical Specifications incorporated into Provisional Operating License No. DPR-13 as Appendices A and B.
Proposed Change No. 119 is a request to revise the Appendix A, Technical Specifications to add requirements on the administration and use of unit staff overtime. These revisions were requested by the NRC in Generic Letter Nos. 82-12 and 82-16 dated June 15, 1982 and September 20, 1982, respectively. Overtime restrictions are currently implemented by Station orders and procedures.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 170.12 as revised in 49 FR 21293 dated May 21, 1984, Amendment Application No. 122 is determined to require a fee of
$150.00. Accordingly, SCE's check in the amount of $150.00 to cover the fees is enclosed as required by 10 CFR 170.12.
