Doug, I left you a voice mail on four questions. Thought it might be easier for you if I wrote them down?

1) When we submit our IP2 FSAR on September 28, 2013, it will include the material contained in Appendix A to our license applications. It will also include the commitments. (It will not include any other updates, as those 50.71(e) updates will be sent in on the normal cycle, October 2014). In the cover letter, I want to state that the FSAR is current as it pertains to license renewal activities, six months prior to the date of filing (So we will certify the FSAR accurate and incorporates all changes as of March 28, 2013). The application is continually evolving, and I would like a firm date.

2) Once we submit the FSAR update, then any change we want to make to the document (application or FSAR appendix), will need to be processed under 50.59. It is different, because it is both a final document, yet is also an application.

3) We typically send in each year an update to our initial application, that includes among other things, an updated Appendix A. I would like to propose that we no longer included the updated Appendix A in our end of year license renewal summary summary, and instead, refer individuals to the updated FSAR. The next revision to the Unit 2 FSAR would then be (after the 9/29/2013 update) October 2014, then October 2016, and then October 2018 (assuming out outages end in April)

4) Our license says that it expires on September 28, 2013. Is there anything that we need to do or anything that we need to change to show that we are in the timely filing feature of 2.109? Any letter we have to stick in our license?
