This correspondence is submitted in accordance with 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix E, section IV.4, which requires licensees to submit an Evacuation Time Estimate (ETE) analysis using decennial census data from the U.S. Census Bureau, within 365 days of the later of the date of availability of the census data or December 23, 2012. Enclosed are 9 Compact Discs (CDs), each contains the aforementioned power plants' Evacuation Time Estimate analysis submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.4.

CNRO-2012-00013 ENOC-2012-00038 The ETEs were developed in accordance with the Federal guidance in NUREG/CR-7002 (SAND2010-0016P), "Criteria for the Development of Evacuation Time Estimate Studies" published November 2011. The enclosed ETEs provide the methods used to derive, for planning purposes, the time for public evacuation.
